HOPE NOW, FHASecure, Mortgage Relief Fund and other programs have been setup by HUD, FHA, banks and lenders to help home owners avoid foreclosure by either freezing the teaser rates on the adjustable rate mortgages or helping refinance the subprime mortgages into payment terms that will allow owners to keep the home. To help figure out what program you may be eligible for we created a Refinance and ARM Rate Freeze Wizard.

By simply answering a few questions about your current mortgage the wizard will let you know what program you qualify for and why you didn’t qualify for others. The wizard supports HOPE NOW Allinace, FHASecure, Mortgage Relief Fund and Military Relief program, and we will be adding support for other programs as soon as they are announced.
